This person is responsible for paint and various custom finishes as part of the production process. Daily activities may include time in a spray-paint booth, creating rust and other faux finishes, adding final accent parts, and assisting with final assembly of finished products. Paint gun experience is helpful, but not required. Must have great attention to detail and be willing to learn new, non-traditional finishing methods.
This person will have a variety of daily experiences, and will be expected to learn most production processes. As daily demands change, this person will float around the production process offering assistance at any bottlenecks, backorders or other delays.
This person will be responsible for shipping & receiving activities, inventory control, and final product packaging. Daily activities include prepping daily shipments and handing over to carriers, receiving supplies & materials and distributing as needed, tracking inventory and supply levels, packaging finished products, and maintaining an organized warehouse.
